How long does delivery take?
Great question. This would depend on the length (word count) of your project and you may find the estimate time frames here: https://hotghostwriter.com/pages/learn-more and clicking on the ‘Project Delivery’ tab.
How much will my project cost?
Great question. The total of your investment in your next great book will depend on a couple of simple factors. 1: The length of your book 2. Any additional services you require (such as cover design, description writing, outline writing etc.). You may find the exact total cost of your project by going through our book builder and selecting all that you need.
What will happen if I am not happy with the final manuscript? Do you have a refund policy?
Don't worry! We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and assure quality, so if you are not happy with the quality of the writing, after 3 revisions, we will refund you with no questions asked.
Do I need to pay in full when I place my order and how can I complete the payment?
You would have to place your order in full on our website as we currently do not have a payment plan. We do offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, so if you are unhappy, after a few revisions we will gladly refund you your money. Alternatively, you can also enquire for credit via PayPal that allows you to pay back your investment over a few months with no interest. Great for keeping costs low when first growing your publishing business. For completing your payment safely, you may choose to checkout via PayPal, Credit card or Debit card.
Can I work with the same writer throughout my entire book series?
You certainly can! Especially for fiction projects, we prefer to have the same writer on the piece. However, we do hire freelance writers so even though it is rare, there is a chance that a writer is unwell or unavailable and that would require a reassignment. But that is okay as we will have a writer with a similar style to continue your series/book and deliver a fantastic finished product. The beauty of working with a service like us is that we handle these unexpected situations for you instead of you managing that situation on your own, as you’d do when dealing with the writer directly. We’ve got a vast team of incredible writers ready to assist you and deliver you a great piece. Again, this is a rare occurrence so you can expect to work with the same writer initially assigned throughout the course of your project/series! :)
How can I track my order?
Excellent question. You will be added to our project management platform, Asana, where you will be able to access all the project files and see the project develop live. You may also interact directly with all the assigned staff of your project. This includes writers, editors, graphic designers, book interior designers, etc. Allowing you to see everything take shape and giving you more control whilst increasing quality.
You will also be assigned a designated support manager whom will be there to support you and keep you up-to-date on everything. As per our process, we'll request your input at 25%, 75%, and 100% completion. Allowing you to to ensure the piece is progressing as you'd like.
