With this in mind, you will

  • Champion and drive the full talent acquisition cycle from sourcing and prospecting to negotiations and closing of candidates, with a commitment to fully grasp the precise role requirements of each role and seek out top talents across multiple geographies.
  • Partner alongside with leadership and hiring managers to discern the quality of talents.
  • Serve as an advisor on all talent related matters and innovator of novel talent acquisition methodologies.
  • Ensure that we are constantly in-line with latest relevant recruitment trends and effective sourcing channels by leveraging on data and analytics to facilitate decision-making.
  • Partner with hiring managers in owning results and success of hiring while constantly seeking opportunities to strive for enhancements.

 

You may possibly be who we are looking for if you have

  • Success stories of end-to-end recruitment for volume roles in the writing, editorial and/or publishing space to share.
  • Qualities of a demonstrated self-starter, able to own the results of assigned responsibilities under minimum supervision and independently curate solutions to problems.
  • A growth mindset with versatility to take on multiple recruitment projects and prioritize based on business needs.
  • An impeccable command of English, strong communication skills and knack to connect and influence stakeholders at all levels succinctly.
  • An unyielding interest to be part of a highly dynamic, work-hard play-hard community and passion to witness success through talent.
  • A wry sense of humor (always appreciated!).
